I was looking over what is new on Autism Speaks and I came across something new called The Autism Safety Project . What it does is collaborates the families with first responders. This provides the first resonders information at how to handle a situation with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder by providing guidelines. There are three printable forms that are provided and I believe they could be come handy not just for First Responders but also for caregivers, parents, teachers, day care, and etc?
